Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently only offer shipping in Australia only. Your order will be shipped by Australia Post services. Shipping is free for orders over $100 in NSW only, and for smaller orders, a standard shipping fee of $10 is applied for the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Outside of this incurs a standard shipping fee of $15. Please allow 1 – 7 working days for delivery.

Most orders will ship out within 1 business day of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship from Friday to Sunday or public holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Ahimsa Foods cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, extreme heat, service interruptions, etc. Ahimsa Foods cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unattended at a property address. If there is an issue with any items, Ahimsa Foods will require photography of the products.

Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 1 day of ordering, some orders may take additional time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, allergies you may have or if the products are not suitable for you. If there is something wrong with our products, we will offer a full refund on that product or exchange it for another item.

If you have received the wrong order by human error, please email or call our customer service team with your order number and error details, and we will rectify this for you as soon as possible. Prior to returning any items, please contact our customer service team as we will only accept return items or orders approved by them.

OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR RETURNING ITEMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

We will not pay for postage if an item has been returned as a result of a mistake made through the ordering process. A re-delivery fee may apply for orders to be resent to the correct address.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product is not suitable for you for whatever reason.

If you received a damaged item or parcel, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date. Please take a photo and send along with your order details to our friendly customer service team at enquiries@gooddotaustralia.com.au

If you received an item that is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date. Please take a photo of the order that you did receive along with your order details to our friendly team at enquiries@gooddotaustralia.com.au
